Activity: 1) Teacher lecture using board demonstration (story Web) about how the animals in the story depended on each other for survival. 2) Teacher lecture and demonstrate on chart paper or board a story mapping timeline of character's growth in friendships in the story. 3) Using the story A Special Trade, teach how to write a book report.
