Discussion of borrowing and regrouping

Objective: To allow the children to discuss/examine what happened.

Activity: Talk about the experience of grouping and regrouping numbers. Let the children form other subtraction problems some of which require borrowing/regrouping.

Assessment: Participation and demonstrated level of understanding of the concept
